her medical cert she sends to winz for people that can not physically work for one hour or more puts more than 15hrs and less than 30 forcing the most disabled into winz training and work. Does not consult the patient and basically falsafies the medical by putting the patient has been consulted in which they were not. This is also done when the receptionist lets you pay for your medical without seeing a dr and only when you get informed by winz days before your medical expires making you have to go back to the drs to get it sorted and pay again. winz play a part in this by telling you that you have to go back to the drs to get it corrected putting you in a loop with no empathy as one time with me winz informed me my winz was stopped and this was a couple of days before my medical expired. You ring the local drs help desk and they take your info but ignore you by not calling you back for an update or address the issue. well they did to me and a family member
